Banana Bread
1 3/4
cup gluten-free flour
4 tsp xanthan
or guar gum
1 1/2
cup sugar
1 tsp baking
soda
1/2 tsp
salt
Stir these
items together
2
large eggs
3 over ripe
bananas (mashed)
1/2
cup oil
1/4
cup buttermilk
1 tsp
buttermilk
1 tsp
vanilla
1 cup walnuts,
chopped (optional)
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Mix well.
Bake at 325 for 1hour.
